These conditions concern the company Adaozañ domiciled at 15 bis Avenue de la Garenne in Vannes-le-Châtel (54112).
The prices of our products are indicated and payable in euros excluding taxes, VAT not applicable according to article 293 B - III of the CGI.
In the event of an order, if you are domiciled outside metropolitan France then you are responsible for customs fees or other taxes. These costs and duties will not be borne by the Adaozañ company.  We advise you to find out about these potential additional costs before placing an order.  
The Adaozañ company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability. 
The products remain the property of the Adaozañ company until payment.

The Adaozañ company reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order in the event of a supply problem, or other problems concerning the order.

Confirmation of your order:
Adaozãn orders are conditioned by adherence to our GCS, the confirmation of your order will be worth proof of the transaction. By confirming your order, it will be considered that you have read it.
A summary of your order information will be sent to you via the email address provided.

Availablity :
The products are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of realization of your order, you will be informed by email, you will be offered an exchange for an equal amount or a refund.
Producing your orders according to demand, a delay of 12 days of realization can take place.

Responsibility :
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. The responsibility of the Adaozãn company cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the legislation in a foreign country. Adaozãn cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. 
Finally, Adaozãn cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. 

Applicable law in the event of disputes:
These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Withdrawal:
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (including packaging). Any damage suffered by the product during the return may lead to a failure of the right of withdrawal, the return costs are your responsibility.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Adaozañ company will refund the sums paid, within 14 days via the same means of payment as that used during the order.

intellectual and exclusive property of Adaozañ. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.  

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned or exchanged.
